Opaque yellow colour. Slightly wheaty, slightly citric aroma. Citrusy, slightly spicy, flowery character with a hint of marshmallow. Gets maltier as it goes. Moderate body and balance.

Clear amber colour. Aroma shows hints of caramel, a little metallic note, and some earthiness. Finishes slighty toasty and hoppy. A moderate lager.

Very dark brown colour. Big aroma - chewy, rich, thick maltiness like a side of roast beef and a burnt fruitcake. A little raw, uncouth, with mass toffee and bludgeoning chewy maltiness. Same big, straightforward brute I remember from ten years ago.

Chestnut brown. Toasty, slightly chocolatey aroma. Full on cocoa palate. Sweet and chocolatey. Mild flavour. Sweetish finish.

Hazy golden amber. Full green chile aroma, with loads of cinnamon. Light heat, but flavour a mix of spice, vegetal notes, and only a hint of background malt. Balanced, but with all the cinnamon and chile it’s an odd duck.

Cask, at the brewery
Got the dregs, so it’s murky as hell. Citrusy, yeasty aroma. It’s like a yeast & hop sandwich so I grabbed a keg. Here it’s still a little murky but not nearly as yeasty in flavour. Nonetheless, it was a little muddled, with fruity notes and diacetyl amidst the hops.

Bottled. Hazy red, rich head. Aroma of caramel and grapefruit. Intensely and aggresively hoppy. There’s citrus and licorice and some cookie malt in the background. The finish is tremendously hoppy with enough inky bitterness to kill someone.

Deep gold color. Citrus nose. Some hops in the finish but not enough for an IPA. Not a bad offering from a sub par brewery.

sparkling amber with good off white head. Light hop/malt nose. Good malty profile with medium finish. I''m not abig fan of this brewery, but this is their best product
