Browar Szałpiw to rodzinna pasja do piwa, która przerodziła się w browar kontaktowy. Rozpoczynaliśmy w 2013 roku debiutując piwami Bździągwa, Rojber i Szczun. Nazwy większości naszych piw wywodzą się z gwary poznańskiej, którą staramy się uchronić od zapomnienia. Piwo warzymy z oddaniem i radością popartymi wiedzą i doświadczeniem. Chcielibyśmy aby każdy miłośnik piwa czerpał przyjemność z ich degustacji. Naszą inspiracją jest zarówno prostota jak i złożoność piw belgijskich, które uważamy za najwyższy kunszt sztuki piwowarskiej.

Draught. Soapy, but not perfumy aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweetish and nicely malty. Has a good hoppiness, fruity, bitter and piney. Mild, well-balanced and flavourful.

Draught. Citric aroma, some vanilla. Hazy red amber colour. The flavour is citric with a mild vanilla and woody note. A little earthy. Not bad.

Draught. Fruity aroma. Dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is roasted, mildly citric. Has a mild piney aroma.

Draught. Yeasty, wheat beer like aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small white head. Fat yeast flavour, estery, but not extreme.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Bitter and lingering fruity. Toasted malty and crisp hoppy finish. Smooth fruity, Grapefruity and toasted malty finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is hoppy and light herbal. Fruity, estery and light phenolic. Bitter, herbal and fruity into the finish. Sweet and lingering fruity finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is wineous and fruity. Light wooden. Sweet, fruity and light wineous. Lingering fruity and vqgue metallic. Dry and light toasted malty finish. Lingering dry fruity.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, solid hoppy and toasted dark malty. Bitter, crisp hoppy and lingering fruity. Smooth fruity and toasted dark. malty finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Estery, fruity. Bitter, light fruity and toasted malty. Ends dry and bitter.
