lattina 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore oro pallido limpido, al naso cereali luppoli note erbacee, in bocca malto miele note erbacee, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato, lieve astringente. Buona una lager bella luppolata. Una delle mie lager svizzere preferite. Mi ricorda l’estate 2025. c. coop CH b. a casa della Renata e al Camping Sasso Remenno 06/07/08.25

Sour milk, caramel malt, and dry hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Good body.

Clear pale yellow beer, creamy dense white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, a bit sweet, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little bitter. Aftertaste: more malts, grains, hay, cow fodder, meh. Pretty boring.

Clear gold blond beer, huge creamy white head, stable, adhesive. Aroma: a bit malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malts up front, good bitterness, a bit grassy, grains, hay, cow fodder. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, malty, grains, cow fodder, hay, a little too sweet for me, but pretty ok beer!

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, big creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, tropical fruits, dank hops, a little malty, juicy, grassy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very juicy, tropical fruits, sweet touch, mango, nice! Aftertaste: tropical fruits, juicy, gentle bitterness, mango, citrus notes, good and juicy ipa!

Pretty clear amber to orange beer, big solid creamy off-white head, stable, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of citrus, grapefruit, some passion fruit, mango, very juicy, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of banana, a little bitter, wheat, soft acidity. Aftertaste: fruity, some tropical fruits, hoppy, grassy, a bit sourish, banana, citrus, decent.

Little cloudy amber beer, big creamy irregular yellowish head, very stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, pretty fruity, some caramel, malty, citrus touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit malty, bitter touch, pretty soapy, somewhat metallic, meh. Aftertaste: some caramel, grains, hay, cow fodder, more metallic notes, not a big fan.

Rate 3.6, a pint at the asador, Lausanne-Flon, on saturday, with my wife. Regular pale ale, rather brewed on the Swiss way, malty, a bit herbal, smooth, yeasty, normal bitterness for the style, not great but it makes the job.
