Buying this can at the coop city, St-François, on saturday. Drinking it on the train between Lausanne and Sion. As usual it was for me a pleasant lager/pils, a bit soapy, a bit herbal, dry malt, bready, mineral and bitter, good for the throat.

Can 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a solid and lacing, white head. Yeasty nose with a hint of coriander. Medium body, again yeasty with some coriander, but unfortunately also a massive, chemical phenollic note that pretty much spoils the experience. Dry and bitter finish. 030325

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a neat and lacing, white head. Nice malty nose with a floral note, but I won't claim that I can detect the triple dryhopping! Medium body, a nice clean and dry maltiness with a substantial bitterness. A lovely Lager. 030325

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente e agrumi.
