From staubi Getränk at Muri. Tasting and enjoying this beer, yesterday at home in family after a trip from Paris. Generous and classical dunkel beer with good aroma of malt, a bit roasty and smoky, smooth with notes of plum, a wind of autumn, 19.02.22

Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.
