From Staubli Getränk at Muri AG, tasting it at home. It is not a great beverage but it is acceptable from this classical brewery, on the German way. This one is rather dry and mineral, dry malt, a bit metalic, extract of hop at the final, 20.08.21

From staubi Getränk at Muri. Tasting and enjoying this beer, yesterday at home in family after a trip from Paris. Generous and classical dunkel beer with good aroma of malt, a bit roasty and smoky, smooth with notes of plum, a wind of autumn, 19.02.22

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'intensità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano indizi di caramello, miele, cereali e agrumi.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.
