Cloudy amber color; creamy head. Aroma of hop, yeast, white pepper. Some caramel flavor, light fruity touch (as for a top fermentation, but it’s bottom), too much yeast, too much bitterness and even dusty. Terribly executed.

Growler, 2 liters, courtesy of Brugmansia. As Herning Ullerichs. A chill-hazed golden beer with a decent off-white head. Quite fruity, citrusy aroma with some malty scents. Citrusy, piney flavor with some malty sweetness. Quite nicely carbonated, medium body, and rather dry. The finish has a fine bitterness and piney, resiny flavors. A nice one that I could easily drink for some hours. 100814

Hazy amber with a small white head. Biscuit malty aroma with grassy hops. Dry and malty flavour with grassy hops and a good, firm bitterness

Draught at Sct. Clemens. Creamy white fair mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. NIce herbal hoppy notes. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Herbs and licorice notes. Long nice finish. Oily palate. Very interresting and nice brew.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted, moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, fresh, straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100814]

Growler. Vegetable aroma, hint of grassy hops. Hazy orange colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is grassy like the aroma, quite malty as well. Refreshing.
