Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus and hay on a light malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemon, and straw, leading to a lightly acidic and OK bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small off-white head leaving a little laces. Dry, hoppy aroma - British hops in style - also some strange phenols. Medium body, dry fruitiness, tart and astringent. Seems infected, drinkable though. 010910

Bottle 500ml.Clear light medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, fruity, rubber - phenol notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100709]

Bottle. Very cloudy gold with a towering dull white head. High bead. Aroma of hay, pears, lemon and grass with a fair bit of vinegar must. Mild taste has orchard fruity sweetness with a yeasty sour note and a little drying spicy bitterness at the end. Pleasant and rustic.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and yeasty phenolic. Dry estery and phenolic. Flat wheaty. Dry estery and fruity into the finish.

Bottled - travelled around the world within the ash cloud... but both the beer and the sommelier survived to share this clean wheat beer with his Pinkovre friends... An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, malt, and some vitamins, leading to a dry finish.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is dominated by artificial lemons. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemon and some hay, leading to a dry lemony finish.
