(Draught at Hilpeä Hauki) Poured deep amber and clear with medium sized and quickly disappearing white head. Aroma contained strawberry, hops and malts. Palate was medium bodied and bit sticky with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, strawberry, hops, toffee, fruitiness, lot of sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter.

Draught at brewpub. Quite hazy, yellow color. malt and fruit aroma. Refreshing, well carbonated. fruity and little hoppy flavor.

Draught@Koulu. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is diacetyllike toffee (the koulu houseflavour!), apples and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is apples, some hebral notes, mild wood and grassy notes. Big green apple finish and aftertaste.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2008-08-30) Pale golden. Little bit hazy. Long lasting dense white head. Light nose with bit hoppy aroma. Light bodied palate with lot of carbonation. Bitterness, hint of sweetness and little bit of grapefruit in taste. Not so harsh aftertaste.

(Draught at Maltainen Monni on 2008-04-19) Red and clear. Very small head. Malts in nose. Medium and bit dry palate. Quite sweet taste contains some hop bitterness. A bit boring.

(Draught at St. Urho’s on 2008-02-16) Almost black. Weak nose. Sweetness, hop bitterness and some roasted malts in taste. Not so bad but becomes dull quite quickly.

Draught. Reddish amber colour with small white foamy head, which vanishes totally while you walk to your table from the bar. Aroma is mild hops and malts with some "Kouluish housearoma". Flavour is fruity hops, "kouluish", as well as raisins, plum and some mild spicyness. A wellbalanced and pleasant to drink brew from Koulu. One of the better ones for a while. I hope they will make this one "standard" in their assortment.
