33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is yeasty, dark roasted. Dark roasted malt flavoured, mild acidic and slight yeasty. Mild acidic and roasted malt flavoured finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, phenolic and malty. Malty, slight fruity and a bit yeasty. Bitter and dry finish.

75 cL bottle. Poutrs clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is dry phenolic yeasty, slight spiced. Yeasty, smooth malty and slight caramelish flavoured. Phenolic and malty flavoured. Dry phenolic and slight caramelish finish.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain - caramel, moderate yeasty, phenol, leather, light pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]

Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a beige head. Some hard roasted malt and a little yeast in the nose. Quite full-bodied with sweet dried fruit, roasted malt and some yeast. No real bitterness. Sort of a Belgian style Stout. 050610
