(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, yellow colour with a big and blond foamy head. Mildly musty, sour and slightly wheaty aroma with a lactic edge, accompanied by notes of citrus, lemon and apples. Moderately acidic flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slim malty, moderately wheaty base with lactic notes, citrus and a tinge of yeasty spice; sourish fruity and tart finish with milky notes. Okay. 23.IV.16

[backlog] 01-04-16 // sample at Craft, Frankfurt. Nice Berliner Weisse. Lacto-sour taste. Fresh, good carbonation. Interesting is when you mix it with caraway schnapps (Kümmelschnaps), thats how th brewers suggest it.
