Moderately acidic flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. [backlog] 01-04-16 // sample at Craft, Frankfurt. Nice Berliner Weisse. Lacto-sour taste. Fresh, good carbonation. Interesting is when you mix it with caraway schnapps (Kümmelschnaps), thats how th brewers suggest it.
