Our sales grew steadily, the brewery got bigger and around 2014 it became clear that if we were going to take the brewery to the next level, we needed a bigger space and the assistance of an experienced brewer (In the meantime Tom left the project). Not long after we found a new premise in Kill, approx ten times the size of our original space. Mark Nixon joined us after a couple of years working and training in Redchurch Brewery in London.
In 2019, after ten years of hard work together setting up and building the brewery, Paul and Stephen decided it was time for a change. Paul moved on and a new era began in Trouble Brewing.

On tap at Street 66, Dublin on 16th July 2025. Hazy yellow amber with shallow white foam and full lacing. Tropical fruits aroma. Tangy citrus and tropical fruit juices in-mouth, with tonic spices.a finish of light citrus and dilute tropical fruits. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

A 440ml can from Dunell's in Jersey. Pours a caramel colour with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, flora, wood, malt & hints of spice. Medium body. Smooth crisp medium bitter finish. Very enjoyable.
