Århus2008. From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white. Mild wheaty aroma. Flavour is mild wheaty and mild spiced. Ends light wheaty. Plain and simple, or my notes are sketchy as the lady poouring this kept talking and the two cute Ceres chicks kept wandering around in front of us...didn’t help on the beer though :)

Århus2008. From tap. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Light spiced and alcohol aroma, classic Ceres aroma from a beer targeted at the Italian market. Flavour is sweet malty with a light spice note. Medium sweet and light spiced continued into the finish. Ends in addition to this with a light alcohol note.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Ugly bworn colour. Light malty and hoppy bad bready aroma. Very thin flavor. Harsh moderate bitter finish. Strange caramel-note. Very watery palate. I think this is more a Vienna than a heller Bock.

Bottled (Thanks faroeviking!). Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is hay, paper, hops and some malts. Flavour is very much the same. Very boring beer.

Bottled (BB 02/2008)
Dark honey color, good creamy white head. Perfumic, rosewater aroma. Light, a bit papery, sweet malty beer with dry mouthfeel. Harmless and similar to many Swedish folköls. Aroma was strange ...

Medium white coarse head shrinks quickly. Light amber body with carbonation. Light caramel and straw aroma, faintly roasty. Grainy, watery roasty taste with faint notes of buttery caramel. Chalky bitterish aftertaste. Not bad for a light beer, but has nothing really attractive about it. (0.33l bottle.)
