Draft. A very light golden unclear beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat as well as lighter notes of banana, yeast, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat as well as lighter notes of straw, yeast, cloves, and banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

06/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Unpasteurized herbal hop aroma. Flavor is more malty than hoppy, sweetish biscuit and honey are dominating here while herbal hops are present just as in ordinary premium lager. Medium body and shorter bitterish aftertaste. Pretty much ordinary brewpub pils and commonly seen locally.

06/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured cloudy yellow body with medum sized head. Fine estery aroma, especially banana is prominent. Flavor was fine but, similarly as dunkel too malty, fruity, bubblegum etc. Full bodied and very cloying. Finish is little bit too sweet for my taste. Excessive Weizen in all means, so a bit strange, but pleasant enough I would say.

06/03 Draught at the brewpub. It had very slightly hazy, orange to reddish body with small head. Quite nice aroma, some caramel and honey, I didn’t notice that dog food. Sweet flavor, of course also caramel, sugary, somewhat fruity. Medium to fuller body, long sweet sugary finish. Pretty fine and actually ordinary local dunkel, very sweet, again too much for me.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured a hazy, almost murky yellow body with a small head. Eggy and vegetabley nose. Slightly dusty, yeasty. Sweet taste, perfumey but eggy. Some hop bitterness. Better than the nose really, light yoghurt and lemon later. Bitter aftertaste. Gets better later on.
