Bottle. Golden colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavour is sweet, sour, mature apple. Need more body to be very nice.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden cider withouth carbonation or head. Clean nose with apples and a faint nose of citrus. There’s some apple cores in the flavor, but fresh apples dominates. A bit low on acidity I think, but with some fine palate cleansing qualities. Rather thin body. Worked nice with the lunch, and goes fine as a refresher too, but I think I prefer the stronger one from this cidery. 090721

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Clear yellow with no head. Aroma of apple and a distinct alcohol. Medium-bodied, apple notes and very warming alcohol. Not bad as such but a little too hot. 220809

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden cider without head. Apples, hints of sulphur, some alcohol and indications of sweetness in the aroma. The flavor is apple-sour, with apple cores, alcohol and that fresh feeling reminiscent of an orchard in the autumn. Warming, full-bodied and slightly astringent. Not as tart as I like them. Overall it’s a quenching and pleasant cider, but I would like it less sweet. 090704

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours paleclear golden with a off white bubbly head. Strong alcohol, apple. Very prickly. Warming. Actually reminds me of a mead.

clear yellow, small white head. sweet apple, not much sourness or citrus. flavor is dry, bitter, apple, reminds me of dry champaigne,but with only apple flavor. ends bitter and sweet.
