Rating from 2010. Thanks to kevnic2008: tolle rotbraune Farbe, süßlich malziger Antrunk. Der Hauptteil ist schön malzig-herb, angenehm malzig-süß. Leicht zuckrig, was aber durch die Herbe aufgefangen wird. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, malzig-süßlich und sehr angenehm mild-malzig. Leicht röstmalzig, was mit der Herbe gut harmoniert.

Pours golden color with small white head. Grainy aroma and flavour with grassy notes. Thin bodied with low bitterness.

A dark beer but definitely not a Dunkler-Bock. Very, very sweet malty flavor with nuts, caramel bready and resins.
