Established in 2005, Jackie O’s Brewery has evolved over the years to include an experimental brewpub, Public House restaurant, Production Brewery & Taproom, Bake Shop and the Barrel Ridge Farm – all of which are located in Athens, Ohio / Southeastern, Ohio. Specializing in brewing techniques that revive traditional methods, we also incorporate contemporary elements and influences. We strive to brew one of the most diverse beer portfolios in the country, with a detailed and unique focus on barrel & wood aged beers, wild ales, and blending.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Black, no head. Aroma of treacle and brown sugar. Very sweet with full to massive body and roundedd, sticky mouthfeel. Lots if treacle, some wood. Intense warming finish. Bold and sticky.

2.5$ can from Vintage. Pour is very hazy, almost milky pale with a decent head that fades to a bubbly ring. Nose is mainly soft pine perfume. First taste? Terribly bitter and on style. Maybe some mild fruit flavors on the aftertaste. Difficult for a macro pale lager maven geek. Nasty nellie. The mild soft carbonation dos not help me much. IPAs are so wacky wacko way-out wiggen weird. Never could adapt to the style, my taste buds are so wee weenie wet behind the ears waste man. There, you have it. Another one of a brazillion examples of the wack wankiest wonky IPA preservative style.

Лучшее пиво из поездки в Питерборо. Винтаж и стиль плавно перетекает в барлик. Много ноток сухих фруктов, прям курага, много дрожжей, какие то мармеладки и немного карамели, все эти нотки плавно утоплены в благородной бочке из под бурбона. Отлично.

Thanks fonefan! Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, syrup, some nutty, mild whisky tones with some alcohol as well. Flavour is sweet chocolate, syrup, some nutty tones with mild whisky, and some barrel elements too. Thick and bold. Ends a bit smoky.

Can 355ml @ Rasmus hyttetur. Pours dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, brown sugar, oak, vanilla, dried fruits. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, caramel, dried fruity, oak, vanilla and brown sugar finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

Oh no, a 3$ can of triple IPA for a triple macro pale lager lover! This could be a triple serious tasting session disaster! Pour is mostly clear pale with a slight haze, long lasting white triple craggy head. Nose is somewhat triple aged old IPA hops - brewed on nov of 25, oh well. A triple IPA, eh? Taste is triple cloying, triple mouthcoating, triple angry, triple resentful, triple lippy, triple cheeky, and triple cocky. Not only that, its triple mushy and triple medicinal. Triple viscous hop juice with triple funky mahdeena. Lousy triple crappy crummy triple trash for my triple girlie buds. Straight up triple straight up triple ass. I'm triple taking a triple L. Finally, I must triple say; its so terribly triple on style! What else can be triple said? Except triple maybe, I'm catching a mild little triple buzz off this triple 4 ounce can! For me, this stuff is on the same triple IPA stupifying level as; Columbus Creeper, Columbus Nug Wizard, Lag's Hazicus Maximus, Goose Island Tropical Beer Hug and New Holland Uber Space Machine! Holy triple sheet! Imperial IPA loverz, put this triple on yer triple bucket list, and I'm not talking about Belgian tripels! At least it didn't triple trigger my gag reflex; which is a triple plus and really saying triple something for the most triple bitter IPAs I've tasted in nearly 10K sessions - triple LoL . . . . .

Geur en smaak werkelijk fantastisch. Als een toetje. Versgebrande pecannoten met caramel, maple en honing. Dik, zoet, maar de zoetigheid enigszins in toom. De bourbon & de booze hangt er goed in op een prettige warmende manier. Decadente sipper. Heerlijk.
