(Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden. Nice head. A touch of hops but otherwise soft, soft, soft. Yet another trivial lager. 210703

2004 bottle. Pale gold, barely, more like a water with light urine in it. Head is large, white and very well-retained, though, so the appearance is not completely lost. Aroma of corn flowers, corn flour, vanilla blossoms, honey. Grass and light herbs. Flavor is quite grassy, with a touch of a powdered sugar note. Somewhat watery on the end, though not out of style. Medium-light bodied overall. Retronasal flavors of light caramel/honey sugar and hay. Quite pleasant retronasal. Lower than usual carbonation for the style. I would drink it again.

A yellow beer with a collapsing head. The aroma is like soapwater mixed with malt. The flavor is malty with an OK hoppyness leading to a dry end. But the body is thin.

Canned. Pale golden. Acidic melon, glue and corn aroma. Medicinal, rounded and soft without bitterness.
Earlier Rating: 3/17/2004
Sampled draught at Barbaresco (as Primus Chopp Claro), São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil.
Pale golden, small head. Grassy nose. Light bodied and rather sweet. Hoppier than the average Brazilian macrobrew, but still only with a hint of bitterness. Total Score: 2.2

Canned. Near black, beige head. Very sweet and sugary. Soft and syrupy with sticky finish and a hint of wood. Other malzbiers are worse...
