The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, creamy, grainy, lime and lemon citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

It feels like winter so figured I’d crack this: Behemoth Snow Mexican 9% Maple Syrup Imperial Stout Inky black with a tan head and an awesome maple chocolate aroma. Seriously one of the best aromas I’ve had from a maple beer. Full bodied, lush and smooth with a bit of heat. The taste is burnt molasses, dark cacao, maple and a fruity treacle. After the amazing aroma I feel a bit left down but still a damn fine beer.
