Tap. Pours hazy amber with a medium off-white head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, herbs - some juniper and coriander obvious, black pepper. Flavor is similar, herbal and light plus sweet with zesty bitterness due to the orange peel. Light body overall. It is not obvious from the description whether this has been gin barrel aged, or if this is the base beer that is GOING to be aged, but in any case i picked up no barrel or gin notes. Not a bad saison, however.

Tap. Pours clear golden with a medium white head, creamy with nice lacing. Aroma is light, with notes of pine and grapefruit. Flavor is the same, light sweet, medium bitter, a bit harsh and zesty. Medium body.

Tap. Pours cloudy dark reddish hazel with a small creamy tan head and great lacing. Aroma is smoky, roasty, caramel, toffee. Flavor follows suit, smoky and malty, sweet with little bitterness. Some sourness, which may just be acidity. Full body, creamy.
