Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy cinnamon with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. (Bottled). Amber color, no head. Alcohol, rubbery, honey - quite pleasant nose. Sweet, honeyish, a bit of clover, spices, alcohol. Balanced, quite standard strong mead.

(Bottled). Dark amber ruby color, no head. Portwiney fruity nose with hints of wood and honey. Very portwineish flavor. Overriped fruits, molasses, raisins, not much honey in it. Warming alcohol in the finish. Nice.

(Bottled 75cl). Amber golden color, no head. Sherry, alcohol, berries, honey in the nose. Quite honeyish, Madeira-wine palate, some apple and citrus. Very pleasant dessert mead.

Bottled@Gnoff (thanks to Papsoe for the bottle!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, wood, some sweet fruityness and alcphol. Flavour is honey, alcohol and some really seabuckthornish notes. Wellbalanced and pleasant.

Bottled@Fonefan (thanks for the bottle Papsoe!). Golden colour with particles floating around. Aroma is very much honey, cloudberries and some mild alcohol. Flavour is cloudberries, honey, some cinnamon and also a slight alcoholic burn. Very nice.

Bottled@Fonefan (thanks for the bottle Papsoe). Reddish amber colour, not much head. Aroma is honey, some wood and mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is honey, alcohol and a quite peppery burning touch in the finish.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is seabuckthorn, some honey and also other sweetness. Flavour is the same in a very nice way. A quite nice, balanced and easy-to-drink mead. Tasteful!
