Sample @ Food Festival, Aarhus festuge. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich honey, flowers and little warming alcohol. Nice sweet finish.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear dark amber with no head. Clear aroma of layered honey with notes of barrel and touches of spice. Sweet flavour of honey, complemented by bitter notes of the warming alcohol. Roasty, sweet and slightly spicy aftertaste. Decent.
