22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Citrusy to lemonish hoppy aroma. Solid bitter and orange fruity to citric flavour with a solid dryness into the finish. Dry and bitter into the far finish.

Draft at the brewpub, October 2007. A golden amer beer with at thin white head. THe aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of grass, as well as a light spicy hoppy note. The flavor is sweet grassy and malty combined with a spicy hoppy note, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Draft. A pitch black beer with a brown shine under a tan head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt, as well as medium notes of soy sauce and light notes of whiskey. The flavor is sweet and very malty with notes of soy sauce and whiskey as well as lighter notes of chocolate, and a light alcohol burn, leading to a dry woody finish.
