Bottle in Brasov. Golden with a fluffy white head. A boring beer with not much flavor or aroma.

brown plastic bottle 2000ml. -found at random shop in Timisoara. Dark golden coloured, medium sized white head, dusty nose with hint of corn. Weak malty, poor hoppy and vegetables with strong maize presence. Cheap and semi-drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a predictable gold (although slightly darker than most pale lagers) with a big fizzy head that slowly dies down. Aromas are like corn, grass and a little apple juice were all put in a blender. Flavor is pretty darn awful. Very little to offer the world here... just some washed out malty corn with a little bit of an apple-y fruitiness to it. No hops presence to speak of, no complexity, little flavor.

Pour is a bright yellow with a large pillowy white head. Aroma is ok with lots of grain and malt. Flavor is still pale lager bland but nothing offensive. Easy to drink and when in Romania you could probably put back a few of these. $1.99 for a eastern euro pale lager? Sure i’ll bite.

Bottle from PC Market of Choice, Eugene, OR. Brassy gold color with an ephemeral white head. Aromas of grain and noble hop. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is spicy noble hop over pale malt. Finish is decently bitter. Like a bready pilsner - a German pilsener?

Golden color, small white head, lace. Papery malty and Saaz hoppy (very lightly, no need to get exicited here) nose. Quite standard thirst-quincher: metallic, malty, a bit sweet, hints of papery hops, fizzy carbonation. At least much cleaner than Azuga’s Original Pils.

Golden color, small white head. Aroma has maize, cardboard and ashy hops. Flavor is quite similar with corn, skunked hops and yeast. Tastes a bit unclean - same way like many Latvian lagers.
