Polycask at The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury, Salop, 27.08.11 Pours golden with a little haziness, thrusty and tangy with plenty of appleyness. Iโm amazed that this is 10%, it is also quite dry. Overall not too bad but felt that it lacks a bit of oompth and the depth of flavour just doesnโt seem to be there for me. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Polycask at The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury, Salop, 28.08.10 Pours pale golden some haziness, really quite dry, touch of varnish, sour appley tang. Tricky to rate in here as its both rammed with a cider crowd for the Cider Festival and also Morris with a rapping side just about to start. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Hazy yellow. Perfumed aroma with some wood. Tart with a harsh plastic flavour.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2007, London. Hazy yellow / grey color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour, rubber pudder. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (090807)
