Bottle at THT February. Clear golden with white head. Sweet apple, soft funk, light mineral, watery, juicy fruits, soft peach. Medium sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Bottle at home thanks to THE Maakun! Golden with no head. Sweet apple, very dry tannins, like running into a fucking wall. Rubberbands, paprika, apple peels. Mild sweet and v-e-r/y dry and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. In The Netherlands we say straf bakkie ouwe.

Bottle shared at sjogro's. Clear deep golden with no real head. Dusty apple, mineral, a touch of funk, light pear, watery, CO2, paper. Light sweet and bitter. Almost medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and quite dry finish. A bit dusty and bland.

750 c&c from the Republique Monoprix. Pours gold with a slight white head. Clean apple aroma. Med minus body. Flavor has that farmyard aspect, followed by dry apple. It is mildly astringent and dry. Not the best farmhouse cider, but decent.

750 c&c at 2.5% at the Republique Monoprix. Pours light gold with a fizzy creamy white head. Aroma is apple and seems a bit tart but that could be carbonation in the nose. Near med body. It is apple, slightly cooked, with some slight skin astringency, but it is on the sweet side and finishes that way. Goes down easy.

Bottle. Dark yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma. Dry nice appleflavor with strong barnyard notes. Average nice finish. Oily palate. Nice cider.

Blond color, clear. Nice aroma of apples, with some leather, and light nuts. Dry mouthfeel, with high carbonation; some apple flavor in the front, quickly replaced by just dryness and astringency, and apple skin feeling.
A bit rough, but not too bad.

Corked bottle from Monoprix, Levallois Perret
Blond color, clear, filtered. It has some pleasant aroma of apples, and some apple vinegar; light hazelnuts too. Dry mouthfeel, there is some light apple skin flavor, light vinegar, and clear astringency.
It’s an edgy cider, and it doesn’t have much qualities, it’s a bit too dry, weak and astringent; but it’s screaming a bit.
