Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, gooseberries, grass, pine, lemon grass and lemon zest. Taste is bitter and fruity with crackers, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, gooseberries, grass, pine, minerals, white pepper corns and lemon zest. mouthfeel is crisp, dry, slightly astringent, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, mango, gooseberries, grass, pine, minerals, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Crisp refreshing fruity IPA with an amazing bursting fruity nose and some nice suiting phenols from the saison yeast.
