At FUERST WIACEK we like to create modern beer. Based in Berlin since 2016, we define ourselves as an adventurous company, in which we enjoy to experiment and learn about different ingredients and processes to brew great tasty beers.

At the same time, we love precision and attention to detail. Our raw ingredients are meticulously selected, our brew processes have the best practices and each beer is carefully designed to deliver a fantastic experience.

This is our big passion, and each day we feel fully empowered by the energy that our community give us by enjoying the quality of our beers.

Bottle shared at Billie’s, Antwerp. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, lychee, citrus and light dank notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From tap somewhere in Berlin :D most probably at the Muted Horn. Hazy muddy yellow color with white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, dank grassy, citrus and tropical fruits. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Keg at HL3 (Winter), 30/11/18. Murky vibrant orange with a decent white head. Nose is sticky tropical fruits, mango pulp, orange squash, airy malts, soft breads. Taste comprises mango flesh, lactic nip, sweet malts, Um Bongo rip, apricot jam, light pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close doused with sticky hops. Ok number but overly sweet and lacking balance for me.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A translucent milky golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is soft milky grains, light staling, orange milk, grassy orange. Flavour is composed of wheaty grains, orange rind. Pinch of lactose, tangy cittus. Palate is soft and pillowy, airy carbonation. Not bad.

Caña en el roots Valladolid 01..12..2018. (r07). Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos con buena dosis de herbales florales y afrutados tropicales. Suave amargo final fresco herbáceo. Cuerpo medio con bastante sabor, fácil de beber. Cierta densidad. Bastante buena para repetir.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Hazed up light yellow to orange pour with a white head. Vibrant citrus fruity with some pleasing notes of orange and lemon, some peach and grapefruit notes, medium body, solid hoppy into the close.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - pours a hazy orange colour with a white head. Medium sweet juicy fruity with some notes of tangerine and mango, some grapefruit and lemon, smooth mouthfeel and medium body, robust hoppy finish.
