At FUERST WIACEK we like to create modern beer. Based in Berlin since 2016, we define ourselves as an adventurous company, in which we enjoy to experiment and learn about different ingredients and processes to brew great tasty beers.

At the same time, we love precision and attention to detail. Our raw ingredients are meticulously selected, our brew processes have the best practices and each beer is carefully designed to deliver a fantastic experience.

This is our big passion, and each day we feel fully empowered by the energy that our community give us by enjoying the quality of our beers.

330mml. can. Shared with Riveiro and Esgueva on the 11/05/2018 at "Kikoshk", Copenhagen. Hazy pale golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is onion, floral hops, yeast and citrus. Taste is juicy tropical fruits, floral hops and some lemon peel. Finish is medium juicy and hoppy. Next one please!

Can from Seven Cellars. The aroma is fresh, bright, juicy, tropical fruits, mango, peach, fruit smoothie and candy. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, tropical fruits, mango, peach, grapefruit, peppery aspect and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice tropical vibes.

Can from Bottle Baron. Murky bronze body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple and lemon. Flavour of melon, dried grass and bitter, lemony hops. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Crisp and fruity.

Craft Islington. Keg. Hazy yellowish gold beer, good white head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Mildly sweet malts. Nibbly hop spice, touch of spicy bitterness. Decent citrus, equal amounts of orange and grapefruit with lesser lemon. Some cooling pine on the back end. Clean and drinkable and hoppy.

Draught at Basement Beer Bar. Very cloudy yellow/orange colour. Small stable white head. Good fruity and citric aroma. The flavour is very fruity and very juicy with a chewy and mineraly mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Orange juice finish.

On tap at Biererei Bar & Vintage Cellar, Berlin. Hazy golden with medium white head. Hoppy, dank, grapefruit, juicy, melon, some onion, smooth. Moderate bitterness in finish. Very juicy. Medium bodied. Very nice.
