Tap at Cap Hop. Pours clear, dark copper with a near-beige head. Malty aroma with a “green” aroma attached. Med body. Flavor is nicely malt, and there’s a hop I can’t place which comes across as green/spice to me. Fairly dry. Moderately bitter. Now I think tobacco note. Hmmm ... Good flavor, just a bit difficult for me to pin down.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours golden copper. Tropical aromas waft from the pour. Touch of dankness. Med + body. Flavor starts semi-dank peach (?) with tropicals that seem to include melon and passion fruit. Quite dry. Pretty hoppy. Bitter in a way suggesting peach pits. There are many flavors mixed into this, and it's beyond me to parse them all. It's just a good, peachy bitter ale. Like it!

Can from Cap Tap. Pours dirty, hazy gold with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of fruits and caramel. Med body at least. Flavor is juicy - on the way to dank. Citrus and something very suggest of pineapple. Pretty dry. Quite hoppy. Fruitily bitter. Slight hop burn. Revision: Dry, hoppy and bitter. Pretty good ale.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a creamy white head. Lots of fruit/floral with a spice note for aroma. Med body - smooth and slick in the mouth. Flavor is definitely rye spice. Hop seems citrus/floral. Almost juicily undry - but it's not really very juicy. Lots of hop, but oh so far from harsh. Moderately bitter, and then the rye pushes it a bit more. I'm loving the rye, but I'm wishing there was more of it. Good ale IMHO.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma of slightly roasty malt with some citrus. Med body. Flavor has lots of citrus/pine and the malt is pretty well submerged by hops. It's dry. It's hoppy enough. And it's really bitter - not extreme and harsh, but bitter. I'll label it old school. Good stuff.

Taste: very fruity, citrus touch, pretty bitter, soft acidity, bit resinous, some grapefruit, slightly sugary, sticky hops. Aftertaste: bit sweet, quite some grapefruit, resinous, more sticky hops, bit sourish, orange juice, bitter hoppy finish, bit grassy, lovely beer!

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours dark brn/blk with a tan head. Aroma of very, very nice coffee. Med body. Flavor is nice coffee with some smooth dark toasty malt and a touch of chocolate. Bit of a kick - likely from the coffee. Reasonably dry and reasonably bitter. It’s nice ale. A touch earthy in the finish.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight tan head. Aroma of chocolate, cherries and smooth dark malt. Med plus body - tho not a lot plus. Flavor is cherry of a somewhat tart kind, chocolate and smooth, slightly earthy, dark malt. Pretty dry for ~8%. Nice flavor mix. Good drink!

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours clear bright copper with a white head. Floral aroma. Med body. Light carbonation. Flavor is that English malt flavor with floral hop. Rather fresh. Towards dry. Over the pond level of bitter, plus a little bit. Somehow not exactly UK flavor, but pretty close. Close enough to get an extra point.
