Description
We like modern ales loaded with new world hops, full bodied stouts and refreshing sours.
In 2015 we opened "Microkosmos" our taproom and nano brewery in the mountains of northern Thailand.
Our pilot batches are developed at the nano brewery and for bigger batches we work together with contract brewers from around the world.
We teamed up with FRAMEofMIND for our visual artwork.

Seems strange trying this Thai beer in the Netherlands before itβs even reached Thailand. Made by a Dutch guy living in Northern Thailand with a talent for making good IPAs, his latest is contract brewed by Bax. The beer is a hazy dull golden with a white head. Aroma jumps out with citrus, tropical fruits, starfruit, lychee, mango, melon and green grassy hop notes. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Great stuff! Iβd rather be drinking it in Thailand but hey, at least this time I get it a bit fresher at home!
