Bottle shared at kulminator. A clear plum red coloured pour with a light pink cap. Aroma is big dusty, salty blue cheese, cherry. Flavour is composed of very sweet, cherry, salty finish. Palate is medium sweet. Sticky, soft carbonation. Salty finish is a bit off putting.

Bottle shared at Kulminator. Near clear red with a light pink head. Aroma of lightly mouldy candied cherries and blue cheese. Flavour is heavy sweet. Light medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Bottle at the Kulminator, 07/12/18. Deep reddish amber with an ample crimson covering that retains well. Nose is dusty, cherry skins, light funk, musty. Taste comprises dried cherries, sweet glazed cherries, light tarteness. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad for the age.

Bottle shared at kulminator. A pinky brown coloured pour with a a lasting pink head. Aroma is weird semi sweet, cherry, musty, cough sweet. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, cherry cough syrup, light must, cherry, raspberry sweets. Palate is semi sweet, light tang,. Decent.

‘95 Bottle shared at Kulminator. Hazy purple with a pink head. Aroma of mellow sweet cherries, holding up well for the age. Sweetness is present but toned down with a light sourness behind. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at the Kulminator, 07/12/18. 1995 bottle. Dark cherry red with a well presented crimson cap. Nose is musty cherries, damp wood, cherry skins, straw. Taste comprises mellow cherries, underlying sugars but not super sweet, musty, light cherry yoghurt, berry compote. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tarte cherry edge. A nice surprise ... this has aged very well ... no oxidisation and not overly sweet.

Clinging pinkish head over red-terracotta beer. Puttekeoverripe cherries, red fruit, brown sugar, waffles. Sour cherries, brown sugar again, Wayland syrup, cakebottom, lactic acid, acetic acid, yoghurt. Astringent, acidburn, quite carbonated feel, serious acidthinning. Based on a very harsh if good lambic, real cherries no doubt, but something HAS been added to camouflage the acidshock. Not a patch on the nineties' Sélection Lambic Gueuze.

Bottle, courtesy of Mats, thanks! Vintage 1999. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is pure horse blanket, hay, soft berries, oxidized but not too much. Body is medium, strongly sour but not tart, low carbonation but not lacking. Complex, but not overdone, maybe a tad too old. Not dead, though. Good!
