Tap at Mikkelle Bar, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, zesty tropical citrus, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a grainy malt, yeasty, smooth, light citrus, floral perfume, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Quite complex and with lots going on. Somewhat unique and highly drinkable.

Tap at 3rd Culture, Maxwell Food, Court, Singapore. Poured a hazy dark brown colour with a frothy, mostly lasting, off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, coffee, chocolate, lactose. The flavour is moderate sweet with a roasty, smooth, rich, light liquorice, coffee chocolate, milky, light hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A touch watery and lacking body, but otherwise a solid stout.

Tap at 3rd Culture, Maxwell Food Court, Singapore. Poured a hazy straw colour with a lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, chalky, mineral, light citrus fruit, light dry hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp, light, fresh, earthy, fruity, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not a bad beer but lacking direction. Nothing really defines this beer one way or the other. It’s neither bitter or sweet. One glass was fine but I would not want a second.
