Tap, 7.8%, at the Pink Blossom beer truck, Marina Bay, Singapore. Nearly clear dark golden, offwhite head. Caramely, fruity aroma, floral. Fruity, caramely and floral perfumy flavour, mild floral hoppy bitterness. Does not really feel like a DIPA...

Singapore holiday - day 11/13, at the brewery near Ubi MRT, a pint draught. Aroma: very rich and intense, underripe tangerines. Appearance: semi-opaque honey amber, one finger off-white cream. Palate: medium-bodied and oily on the tongue, average carbonation; long, rather astringent finish. Taste: medium bitter with sweet notes, well-balanced. Astringency remains in the background, fruit flavour comes through nice. A well-crafted brew.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy medium brown colour with a short-lived, frothy off-white head. The aroma is earthy, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, toffee, light herbal, earthy, dry, light floral palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A good example of the style.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, orange tangerine. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, smooth, juicy tart orange, herbal, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. I half expected Caroline to be sweet, but good times never tasted so good!

Draft at the Brewery taproom. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a mostly lasting bubbly white head. The aroma is big juicy tropical citrus. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a rich, smooth, herbal, juicy boiled sweet, light pineapple citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Not the worst beer in the world but not entirely what I was expecting.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a murky dark golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, stone fruits.
