Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is pineapple, grapefruit. The flavour is moderate sour and sweet, with a crisp, light herbal, tart juicy pineapple, light peachy palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A tart fruit beer rather than a traditional yeast derived sour. Very drinkable and moreish.

The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, chocolate, milky lactose, liqourice bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the Ubi taproom. Poured almost black in colour with a thin broken tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, dry coffee, earthy, herbal, light boozy, liqourice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Well hidden alcohol. A solid imperial stout.

The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, malt, caramel, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Very moreish and not so highly carbonated. Ideal for a fest!
