Draft at SG Taps, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, fresh, mango, melon, light herbal, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at SG Taps, Singapore. Poured a hazy reddish amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big watermelon! The flavour is herbal, light sweet, with a light, fresh, crisp, melon, herbal, mineral, earthy palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Very well hidden alcohol. Fine for the climate but hardly sessionable with the ABV.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy golden light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, zesty citrus, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, juicy citrus, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A real session IPA if it wasn’t for the ABV. Well hidden alcohol.

The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, juicy citrus fruit, mineral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A premium example of the style.

The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a super fresh, crisp, fruity, light woody, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very nicely balanced and highly drinkable. Small batch craft beer at its very best. The bigger breweries could learn a thing or two from these guys.
