A little bastard and a beer. Floral notes up front, nice caramel malt with lots of tasty grapefruit and stone fruit. Fruity and earthy balance, with some classic west coast notes and pleasant bitterness coming through cleanly.

--Bottled, from Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. -- Hazy pale aber, rich firm head. Piney tangerine aroma. Sweetish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with crystal malt and overripe tangerine. Resinous bitter finish. So so.

--Bottled, from Ales & Lagers, Kuala Lumpur. -- Hazy amber, tremendous lively head. Piney starfruit aroma. Dryish with fairly light body and rounded mouthfeel. Startfruit, lemon and pine. Long bitter finish.

Figured worth trying on draft. Light gold, nice head. Vinous nose. Pleasantly acetic, light and balanced, grapes are present, but not overwhelming, nicely balanced. Clean, dry finish

Not quite sure how old this one is, but a lovely beer. Mainly a tart acetic acid, barrel oak and vanilla on the nose, but the raspberry is still very clear in the mouth. Juicy, clean, dry sharp finish

Nice oaky malty nose, lots coming through from the oak chips. Pours a rich amber, slightly off-white head. Very clean German-style lager. Bready and caramel my malts, with the wood cutting through it all nicely

Stunner. Tart fresh vinous tropical nose. Complex grape notes, oakiness, and some vanilla from the barrels. Light almost apple and some stone fruit. Dry finish.

The fine line between a saison and a barley wine… not a phrase I think I’ve ever used before. Copper pour, toffee, raisin nose, can really feel the booze, bit of burn.
