So the question now is: Where do we go from here?
We've come a long way from home brewing in Luke's living room, but throughout our ethos has remained the same: working with other independent, like-minded quality breweries in Asia to push the local scene forward, to develop, innovate, craft and create. We want to make a craft beer community, to fight against the encroachment of corporate beer on craft by showing what real craft is.

Got to love this, on Lamma Island in HK at Yardley Brother’s place and find this. A decent bitter in good condition enjoyed in a little place that makes me feel like I’m half my age and backpacking SE Asia. All be it with better beer.

On tap at Kowloon Tap Room pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet caramel malts pine citrus forward and some old hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet caramel malts and that pine citrus combo.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep ruby colour with small pink head. Aroma is raspberries, strawberries and cherries with some slight tartness. Flavour is cherries, some wood, raspberries, mild tartness as well as some spiciness. Lovely tart flavour, even though the aroma was more on the sweet side of things.

Brewcraft closing party #6. Aroma is amazingly pastry-like. Very nice.
