Can shared in Hanoi. Brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, prunes, overripe dark fruits, marzipan, toffee and yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Peachy Craft Beer Pub, Hanoi. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus and a touch of malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light yeast, some citrus. The flavour is light yeasty bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, malt, yeast, light citrus, light spice hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Less yeasty than your normal Saison which is more to my liking.

Modest cloudy yellow liquid and little foam. Soft dough aroma. Flavour is much the same, sourdough with banana hints. Refreshing at least, rather drinkable.

The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery, light toffee, mineral, light metallic, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a smooth, fresh malt, dry yeasty, light toffee caramel, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at Belgo, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty grainy malt, yeast, light caramel, The flavour is moderate sweet light liquorice bitter with a smooth rich, sweet caramel roasty malt, creamy, liqouirce dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
