Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light yeast, some citrus. The flavour is light yeasty bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, malt, yeast, light citrus, light spice hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Less yeasty than your normal Saison which is more to my liking.

Modest cloudy yellow liquid and little foam. Soft dough aroma. Flavour is much the same, sourdough with banana hints. Refreshing at least, rather drinkable.

The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery, light toffee, mineral, light metallic, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The aroma is roasty grainy malt, yeast, light caramel, The flavour is moderate sweet light liquorice bitter with a smooth rich, sweet caramel roasty malt, creamy, liqouirce dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
