Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, lemon/lime citrus. The flavour is light sweet, with a light, watery, malt, herbal, light fruit palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not for me at all I’m afraid.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy copper colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, Saison yeast, citrus, light coriander. The flavour is moderate sweet moderate yeasty bitter with a crisp, fresh, yeasty, light fruit, dry spicy hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A Saison that I would be happy to drink all night long and that’s not something I say very often. At last a Saison where the yeast is in the background.
