Draft at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, light, juicy tropical citrus, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a murky light orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light raspberry. The flavour is light sweet and sour, with a smooth, juicy, light tart raspberry palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not really the sour beer that I was expecting.

Draft at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is big guava fruit. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, tart juicy guava palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. It’s all about the guava. Nice but not a beer I’d order a second time.

Draft at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a mostly clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, yeasty, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A rather simple beer but refreshing on a hot day. A step up from a macro lager with a little more body.
