Draught at the Tanabata Beer Festa Toyama, 2010. Pastel salmon-pink color. Cloudy, with a tall, fine, pinkish-white head. Sweet grapefruit aroma, with little that is beer-like—maybe a touch of hops? Super sweet flavor of grapefruit, with a bit of salt and a bitter finish that seems to come from the zest more than hops. Rather astringent, actually. Refreshing as hell and pleasant enough though not beer-like.

Draught at 2010 Best Beer Selection, Osaka. Light gold color with lace. Big Earl Gray and lemon aroma with honey. Super sweet flavor, with honey, tea, lemon. Cloying and sweet, though a bit fun as a dessert beer. Little beer taste, though.
