A small taste from wiosna (can) @ some izakaya in Fujinomiya. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet fruity malts. Flavor is sweet fruity malts with some hops. Very nice.

0,33l can @ some Izakaya in Fujinomiya. Pours clear copper with a medium head. Aroma is clean bitter malts with some caramel. Flavor is clean bitter malts, pine, caramel, hops. Quite good.

Tap at Takumiya. Almost clear gold. Rich pilsner malt nose with a touch of cedar. Flavor is a decently made lager with ok cedar notes in the beginning but that become a bit too strong in the finish. Almost nailed it, but hinoki is really hard to work with. A bit less and it would be great.

Tap at Takumiya. Nose is creamy banana, somewhat of a diacetyl note, not sure if it's that or just lactose but not all that pleasant. Creamy and sweet, with banana, butter, milk, and citrus/tropical fruit. Not for me.

Tap at Umineko. This is called a Rice Saison Session IPA at 4.5%, but not sure what that means. Flat golden color. Belgian spice nose, spicy yeast, lemon, honey malts. Dry. A decent low abv Belgian blond but needs more carbonation (the bar's fault).

Tap at Komachi. Hazy, muddy haze. Dark gold. Nose is tropical fruits and biscuits. Flavor is biscuity, a bit grainy, tropical fruits galore. Rich, big body. Decent stuff, though a bit grainy.

A hazed amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light treacle, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at Stand Umineko.

Tap at Stand Umineko Aya, Osaka. Poured a murky medium to light brown colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, dank hops, light floral. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, light fruit, light minty, light floral, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
