Tap at Stand Umineko Aya, Osaka. Poured a hazy orange amber colour with a thin broken white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light citrus, mint, light spicy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a light, crisp, fruity, spicy, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A somewhat unusual and acquired taste.

Tap at Umineko. Cloudy deep orange-amber. Very yeasty nose, oranges, peaches. Crisp malt flavor, estery stone fruits and some citrus, grainy malt. Dry, earthy, peppery finish. A bit too yeasty but pretty decent.
