brewed as a sub for Chu-hai, this is a sour hoppy weizen, not a Berliner. Really interesting and tasty. Sourness makes it uncrushable, tho.

Draft at Towa. Pours a mostly clear orange gold with a half finger of white foam that lingers, then dissipates. Big marmalade forward nose with honey, mikan and tangerine. Light bodied on the palate and sweet. 10% is hidden fairly well. Tap at Takumiya. Brilliant golden orange with light hazy and a low, lacy head. Big, ripe tropical fruit nose, orange, papaya. Sweet and hugely fruity, slightly stinky tropical fruit, citrus, with a bitter finish. Spritzy. Good.
