Tap at Bungalow, right after the Shitatenage, which is the lager yeast version. Bright tropical and stone fruits. Slightly less minerally and harsh in the finish and overall a bit better.

Tap at Bungalow. Bright hoppy nose with orange, mango. Hazy gold with a thick, low head. Sweet, hoppy flavor, big fruit, slightly soapy, with a prickly finish. Starts nice, but the minerally, soapy finish is a bit unpleasant.

Usual ushitora. Thin artificial feeling. Lemon squash

Very pale golden color. Creamy white head. In general I have become skeptical of 10% IPAs but the nose is fantastic. Grapefruit rinds, mango and crackery malt character, semi dry and very clean. Wow. Fuck. The is semi-dry, super balanced, unbelievably quaffable for 10%. The alcohol is well hidden. Fuck. I was on the fence about order this but so glad I did. Literally I have drank very few 10% IPAs that can pull this off. A lot more mangoes, citrus and crackery malt on the palate but it’s not overly malty or sweet. Super great. Ushitora is killing it recently.

Lemon, leafy, green. Light bitterness. Alright!

super pepperminty nose, very clean and floral. Nice toasted malt backbone, light body, crisp bitterness and peppermint everywhere. Can’t say I love the hop with the style but it’s well made and I love the malt character that totally shines.

Tap at ibrew. Ultra pale, loads of salt, feels like Margerita-style round the rim. Wheaty and with a bit of the Belgian Kyoto character in the background. Hint of lemon. Not so good. Bit of a mess.

Tap at Olive. Light caramel, citrus is there but not so buchi. Classic ushitora mediocrity.

Keyaki. Wow! Aroma is twiggy, citrus, salt, lime. Great. Margarita salt round the rim thing. Hoppy, citrus, salt, light maltiness. Good stuff!
