Nice, light spice, malty body, bit of ginger? Easy drinking. Perhaps a tad thin but I like the strength.

Coconut Porter from Marca Beer Factory

MARCA Coconut Porter 5% Deep brown with a wispy beige head and a roasty cocoa aroma. The medium to light body gives lots of cocoa paste but very little coconut except in the finish. It’s ok. At Ibaraki Bakuon.

Yoroshiku Very Porter from Marca Beer Factory

Marca Yoroshiku Very Porter 6.5% Murky brown with a wispy beige head and a fruity plum/fig aroma. Medium bodied intensely fruity. My impression of this is a dry baby barleywine.

Tap at Soul Bird. Earthy, twiggy and lemon drops. Citra everywhere. Bit sweet and maybe a touch boozy. Not quite sure, but I think I like it.

Tap at Komachi. Full on coffee aroma, not much else. Taste is similar, coffee dominated. Bit of light caramel behind it. Alright. Maybe the coffee hides everything else.

Tap at Takumiya. Pinkish-orange, cloudy. Nose is grapefruit, papaya, mango. Dry, tropical fruit and orange flavor, light crisp and good.
