Really unusual. Creamy, lactic, but sour as well. Lots of wheat. Quite distinct taste.

Lovely stuff. Very tart. Lots of saison character, nice tartness. Nice fruitiness. Great stuff. Saison sweetness behind it.

Maple syrup. Danger. Lovely stuff. Light spice and bitterness but full on maple syrup loveliness. Golden biscuit. What does that even mean? It’s amazing.

muddy brown color. No head. Fantastic depth, fig, coconut, vanilla toffee and cinnamon dominate, modestly sweet. Excellent depth in the nose. Semi sweet, low carbonation and I actually got some fig in my teeth. The nose basically repeats on the palate

light brown head. Dark brown color. Nice roasted malts and lactose character. Well balanced. Low medium carbonation. Smooth. Medium bitterness

deep amber color. Big malty strawberries, piney and oranges. Big bitterness. Medium light body. Dry. Straightforward but great.

Lovely stuff. Loads of Brett. Loads of it. Little bit of hops at the end but I think this is the version that’s been sitting around for a year getting more delicious. Wonderful stuff!
