Nice stuff. Subtle ume. Enjoyable saison feel. But something that’s not quite fizzling for me.Need more fizzle. But I think I’m near the end of the keg so I won’t score it.

Nice stuff. Pleasant hoppiness, somewhat grassy, but if plastic in a good way. Lovely pils maltiness. Floury. Good stuff indeed!

Tap at Yume Yomi. Spicy, grainy nose, slightly creamy and funky. Interesting grain character from the spelt. Not as much banana and clove as your usual weizen, but you get the interesting grain character quite nicely. Good stuff.

Still don’t quite get the point of cold ipa. Very citra like. Hints of NE. Can’t get the supposed crispness difference.
Quite wheaty feel. Not super exciting but goes down well enough
Surprisingly amber! Nice roasty coffee taste but with a bit of caramel sweetness too. Nice stuff.
