Tap at Aomori Brewpub. Bright gold with some hop haze and lace. Bright NZ hop nose: white grapes, grapefruit, clean malt. Big Nelson Sauvin flavor with tons of white grape and some tropical fruit. Clean, bright, and bitter. Love it.

Tap at Aomori Brewpub. Pale pastel yellow with lace. Nose of orange, grapefruit, pith. Bitter orange in the flavor, with grapefruit. Very dry and crisp. Piny, bitter finish. A surprise.

Tap at the Aomori Brewpub. clear, bright golden color. Tropical fruit, dankness in the nose with some resins too. Flavor is gin-like, bitter and dank. Way too bitter and ugly tasting. I think something when wrong with the pour-it-yourself tap.

Tap at Aomori Brewpub. Pale gold and hazy. Rather closed up nose. Fruity flavor, citrus, tropical fruit, wheat malt. A touch of clove, but doesn't show the usual weizen phenols.

Smell of pineapple, citrus. Opaque grey/yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, hops. Some wheat in finish. Soft carbon. Medium bitter, lightly sour.

17/1/2026. Can at ITFC Beer share. From the Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following the World Beer Awards. Cloudy pale orange pour with a firm white head. Aroma is citrusy, malty, hoppy, lemon curd, touch herbal. Medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Develops nicely.
