33 cL bottle, courtesy of Theis. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and mild barnyard. Fruity and dry brettish flavoured. Mild hoppy and grassy too - although subdued to the brett notes. Citrusy. Bitter and dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, rice, and some citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of tart notes of wheat as well as some malt and lemon, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.

From a liter bottle at the brewery. Mellow, rounded nose and palate. Fruity, slightly sweet and yeasty. Smooth, flavorful and fresh. Good. Much better than their beer.

Draught at the Best Beer Selection 2008 in Osaka. Possibly made only for this event. Golden yellow color. Very light and sparkling, refreshing, slightly fruity, but not a whole lot of flavor, a bit like their other lightly-flavored beers.

Draught at the Brewpub. A light to medium gold color with a medium white head. A touch cloudy. Aroma: medium malt, very light on hops, quite fruity, a bit sweet. Also strong banana aroma, and a bit sour, similar to a weizen. Yeasty, sweetish flavor, with light malt and hops, and medium fruitiness. Very light body, medium carbonation. Dry, fruity fnish, with sour and citrus. Not very hoppy. Very light, not really interesting. Dry and not at all offensive, but not much there.

Draught at the Brewpub. Medium amber, reddish color. Medium head, clear. Faint sourish aroma, little malt, hops or fruit, medium amber roasting. Dry. Dry, light flavor, decent roasting, straightforward and not complex. Slightly sour, with light malt, pretty strong hops. Sourish, dry finish with good hops. Simple, refreshing, and easy to drink but not very interesting. Very dry, which is good enough, but not much flavor.

At the Brewpub. They only have two taps in the café, so this one came from a bottle. Pitch black with a medium light tan colored head. Well roasted malt aroma, very dry, some hops, but basically burnt malt. A bit milky. Dry, burnt flavor, good malt, well roasted, not much else, but an interesting roasted richness. A bit sour and tangy too. Longlasting, dry roasted finish, with a touch of pepper and some hops. Light body for such a well burnt beer. Decent stuff. Nice roasting, and no big problems. Very dry. Nice burning dryness, and light.
