beautiful mahogany color. Wood, chocolate, dry dog food, cherries and oranges. Body is a bit dull. Lacks tartness and depth Ok. Nose is much better

Bottle, mail order from the brewers. Roasty nose, chocolate, coconut, cafe au lait, berries / grapes, vanilla cream. Pitch black with a low, lacy head. Sweet coconut chocolate and coffee, peanuts. somewhat oily, with a pretty slick body. Tasty enough, but too sweet and slick. No need for lactose in this and it makes me even more dead set against this idiotic trend.

Light golden color. Frothy white head. Stonefruit, citrusy nose with excellent crackery malt character. Medium body. Firm bitterness. Straight forward, nice malt and hop character. Nothing fancy, but totally enjoyable.

Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Huge coffee at first in the noseThen some dark chocolate, malt, bread. Nice but the coffee is somewhat overwhelming everything else. Black with a lacy dark brown head. Flavor is somewhat strangely very sweet and very bitter. I am getting lactose, plus lots of coffee, a touch of licorice, raisins, and a cloyingly sweet finish with way too much lactose for my tastes. Body is a bit thin and sugary. They do great stuff, and this is ok, but man, the lactose brings it down a lot.

Devil Craft Black is Beautiful Imperial Stout 12% Deep motor oil viscous pour with some nutty aromas as well as soy and savory roasty elements. Full bodied with a boozy punch featuring soy sauce, roasted elements, dark chocolate and black licorice. Quite full on, I’m wishing I’d saved it a year or two.

Devil Craft x Titans Titanium Double IPA 8.5% Clear amber gold with a thick rocky off-white head with great staying power and a fragrant fruity hop bouquet. Medium to full bodied with a fruit hit up front, then pine then balancing malt caramel sweetness. The finish is bitter but balanced woodsy pine. This makes me think of classic Stone double IPAs I had back in the day.
